Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of everis.ai, a website operated by Everis Holdings Inc ("Everis", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is free to use. There is nothing to buy here and no account to create.

1. What this site is

This site describes who we are and what we buy, and gives you a way to contact us. Nothing on it is any of the following:

• An offer to buy or sell any company, security or asset.
• An invitation to invest.
• A valuation of your company or anyone else's.
• A commitment to enter into any transaction.

If we buy a company, a signed written agreement governs that purchase. Nothing said on this site forms part of it.

2. Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation about any transaction. Take your own professional advice before you make a decision.

Figures we publish, including the $27M ARR figure, are given in good faith and are accurate as at the last updated date at the top of this page. They change over time, we do not promise to update them continuously, and we do not warrant them.

3. Contacting us and what you send

When you use a form or email us, please give accurate information and only send material you have the right to share. We handle what you send in the way described in our Privacy Policy.

If you want a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything sensitive, ask and we will send you one. Until that agreement is signed, the only confidentiality commitments that apply are the ones set out in our Privacy Policy.

Contacting us does not make us your adviser, agent, broker, partner or fiduciary, and it does not oblige either of us to do a deal.

A call time you pick on this site is a request. It is not confirmed until we reply and confirm it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to:

• Break the law.
• Send unlawful, misleading or harmful material.
• Pretend to be someone else.
• Scrape or harvest data at scale.
• Introduce viruses or other malicious code.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or the systems behind it.

5. Our content

The text, design, graphics, code and marks on this site belong to Everis Holdings Inc or its licensors, and intellectual property law protects them. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, such as our job board, we do not control it. We are not responsible for its content or for how it handles your information. Its own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave here.

7. Availability

We provide this site as it is and as it happens to be available at the time. We do not promise that it will always be up, that it will be free of errors, or that it will suit any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude every warranty that is not written into these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Everis Holdings Inc will not be liable to you for:

• Losses that follow indirectly from your use of this site rather than directly from it.
• Lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or a lost business opportunity.

Some liability cannot lawfully be excluded, for example liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here excludes it.

9. If you cause us a loss

If you misuse this site or break these terms, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our resulting losses and our reasonable costs, including reasonable legal fees.

10. Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida, United States govern these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction.

11. General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not lose the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of this site.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the change.
