Privacy Policy

Everis Holdings Inc · Last updated 31 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through everis.ai, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a private software holding company. We buy B2B software companies and keep them. We are not an advertising business and we do not sell personal information.

1. Who we are

Everis Holdings Inc, 1120 S 29th Ave, Hollywood, FL 33020, United States. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right below, write to hello@everis.ai with "Privacy" in the subject line.

2. What the forms on this site do

When you fill in a form and press send, the form submits to our website host, which passes it to our email provider, which delivers it as an email to the right person here. Where it goes depends on what you told us the enquiry is about: enquiries about selling a company, and enquiries from brokers and bankers, go to our deal team; enquiries about working here go to our hiring lead.

We receive what you chose to put in the form:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your company name and website.
  • What you told us about the company, such as revenue range, revenue model and timeline.
  • What the enquiry is about.
  • Anything else you wrote.

We do not keep a database of enquiries on this website. The form is delivered as an email and lives in our email system from that point, under the retention period in section 8.

The form also carries one technical value that is not about you: the time the page loaded, which we use to reject automated submissions. Please do not send us special categories of data, government identifiers, or payment card details. We do not ask for them and we do not want them.

3. What we collect automatically

As of the date at the top of this page, this site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and stores nothing on your device.

Two things happen automatically all the same. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs as part of running the site, which record technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. And the site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google receives your IP address in the process. Google's own privacy policy governs what it does with that.

If we start using analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page and the date above before we do.

4. Advertising and analytics

We may run advertising campaigns, for example on Meta or Google. If we do, those platforms may place a cookie or similar tag on this site that records your IP address and what you did here, and they may combine that with information they already hold about you. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with it.

If and when that happens, two things follow. Under California law that use can count as sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which means advertising targeted at you based on your activity across different sites. You can opt out at any time by writing to hello@everis.ai, and you can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings and use the ad-settings controls the platform offers. Refusing cookies will not stop you using this site.

5. Why we use your information

To reply to you and have the conversation you asked for. To work out whether your company might be a fit for us to buy, and to run that process if it goes ahead. To keep this site working and improve it. To measure whether our advertising works, if we advertise. To keep business records, meet our legal obligations, and defend legal claims. To talk to you about a role, if you contacted us about working here.

Where the law requires us to name a legal basis for using your information, ours are:

  • Your consent, where you gave it.
  • Our legitimate interests in running a business, evaluating acquisitions, and keeping this site secure.
  • Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
  • Meeting a legal obligation.

6. Who we share it with

Three providers handle your information because they run parts of this site for us:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website and receives form submissions.
  • Resend, which delivers those submissions to us as email.
  • Google, which serves the typeface and therefore receives your IP address when a page loads.

Beyond those, we share your information in three situations:

  • With our lawyers and accountants, who are under a duty of confidentiality.
  • With a buyer or successor, if our business or its assets are ever reorganized. Our stated intention is that we do not sell the companies we buy.
  • With anyone we are legally required to share it with, including in response to a valid legal request.

If we start using another provider that receives your information, such as a scheduling, analytics or advertising tool, we will name it here first. We do not sell your personal information.

7. What you send us about your company

We treat information about your company as commercially sensitive, and we share it inside the company only with the people who need it to look at the opportunity. If you want a signed non-disclosure agreement before you send anything, ask us and we will send you one. Until that agreement is signed, please do not send us anything you would not want read without one.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the emails around them for as long as the conversation is live, and then for up to seven years, so that we can pick a conversation back up and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it is wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop or limit how we use it.
  • Send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable form.
  • Withdraw a consent you gave us earlier.

If you live in California, you can also ask us which categories and specific pieces of information we collected, ask us to delete or correct them, and opt out of any sale or sharing of them. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Write to hello@everis.ai to use any of these. We answer within 30 days. If we need longer, which the law allows in some cases, we will tell you why. We may need to check who you are first. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Where your information goes

We are based in the United States and our team works remotely from several countries, so your information may be handled outside the country you live in. Where the law requires safeguards for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses, we use them.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect what we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so use your judgment about what you send us before an agreement is in place.

12. Children

This site is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page and make material changes clear here.
